Job summary

Enzo Tech is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and AI/Data Engineering teams in a hybrid Easton, PA setting. This hands-on role focuses on turning complex challenges into actionable requirements and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with AI, data, product, and business teams to deliver AI, automation, and data-driven solutions, while shaping current/future state analyses, roadmaps, and KPIs for value realization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Business Analysis in complex enterprise tech environments.
• Exposure to AI, GenAI, ML or intelligent automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data concepts including SQL, ETL/ELT, data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs/FRDs and UAT docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements workshops; translate business challenges into user stories and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with AI, Data Engineering, Product and business teams to deliver AI, automation and data solutions.
• Support current/future-state analysis, define roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Identify AI / GenAI use cases with business value, feasibility and data needs.
• Assist in data integrations, APIs, data flows, analytics and reporting for tech teams.
• Support backlog refinement, UAT, validation and adoption.
