Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Graduation date not later than Dec 2029.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• AP Hold Prevention & Audit: analyze historical AP holds and create an audit checklist to resolve invoice mismatches.
• Supplier Promise Date Tracking: standardize real-time promise date visibility across open purchase orders.
• Master & Open Order Data Health: clean aging ERP data to improve MRP accuracy.
• Process Documentation: develop SOPs for tracking methods and validation workflows.
