Motorola Solutions is seeking a Supply Planning Intern for the summer in Chicago. You will work with supply planners and finance to optimize AP workflows, improve supplier visibility, and build core dashboards.

This hands-on role offers exposure to real-world supply chain challenges and process improvements. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in SCM, logistics, or analytics, with strong Excel skills, familiarity with ERP systems, and good communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in SCM/Logistics/Analytics.
• Graduation by December 2029.
• Strong Excel and ERP/BI skills are required or strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• AP Hold Prevention & Audit: analyze historical AP hold data and design a proactive audit checklist.
• Supplier Promise Date Tracking: map vendor channels to improve real-time visibility across open POs.
• Master & Open Order Data Health: audit and clean ERP data to improve MRP accuracy.
• Process Documentation: create SOPs for tracking methods and validation workflows.
