Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Chicago is seeking a VS&A Supply Chain Intern to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement, and requirements gathering within our Supply Chain leadership team. You will perform ad hoc analyses, communicate progress to stakeholders, identify improvement opportunities, collect data to root-cause problems, and document business requirements for solutions.

This internship is open to students in business or supply chain programs, with strong communication

Qualifications

Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field with a graduation date no late then Dec. 2030.
Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Experience with Oracle or ERP software preferred.
Strong data collection and requirements documentation abilities for solutions analysis.

Responsibilities

Perform ad hoc analysis as directed by Supply Chain leadership
Communicate with leadership and peers, including progress, business value, and presentations
Identify improvement opportunities and evaluate current processes for improvements
Collect data to identify root causes of problems
Gather business requirements through interviewing SMEs and documenting requirements for solutions analysis
