Job summary

Dazzle AI in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Specialist to serve as the primary contact for customers and vendors, ensuring a smooth experience across the service lifecycle. You will respond to inquiries about booking, purchasing, and third-party services, troubleshoot issues, and guide users and vendors.

You will collect feedback, identify patterns, and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to improve interfaces and workflows.

Qualifications

• Customer-centric background in CS, client management, or high-touch service roles.
• Experience facilitating third-party arrangements, bookings, or purchases.
• Ability to explain AI-driven tools to non-technical users and troubleshoot issues.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with empathetic tone.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and update workflows.

Responsibilities

• Customer & Vendor Liaison: primary contact for inquiries related to booking, purchasing, and third-party services.
• Support & Ticket Management: manage day-to-day support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and document clear solutions.
• Proactive Engagement: reach out to customers to drive engagement and retention.
• Feedback & Insights: gather feedback, analyze usage, and share insights to improve platform workflows.
• Process Optimization: identify friction points and refine service guidelines and SOPs.
