Job summary

Google Cloud seeks an AI Customer Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering AI outcomes for top ISV customers. You will partner with AI sales to craft technical go-to-market plans, identify strategic opportunities, and drive AI workload migrations and product adoption.

You will coach engineers and influence product roadmaps while ensuring we meet customer needs. The role requires strong leadership, deep AI and cloud expertise, and excellent communication across executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience in leadership (people management, team lead, mentorship, coaching).
• Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks and agentic design patterns.
• Experience with technical conversations, demos, prototyping or workshops with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of AI experts delivering AI outcomes from discovery to deployment for Strategic ISVs.
• Partner with AI sales and account teams to build AI tech strategies for focused accounts.
• Identify market trends and customer use cases to drive demos, PoCs, and opportunities.
• Foster trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure adoption of Google AI products.
