1mind is seeking a talented AI architect to design architectures for specialized subagents that manage live customer conversations, including technical Q&A, pricing, discovery, and handling objections.

You will master the dialogue platform, train teams in prompting, RAG, and fine-tuning, and prototype advanced prompting workflows. The role also involves building routing systems that decide when to answer, invoke subagents, or decline unsafe actions.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for specialized subagents in live customer conversations, covering technical Q&A, product pricing, discovery, objection handling, and more.
• Master the dialogue platform, train Superhumans using prompting, RAG, and fine-tuning, and prototype complex prompting workflows.
• Build routing systems that decide when to answer directly, invoke subagents, escape or decline unsafe actions.
