1mind is building a new category of enterprise software: Autonomous Customer Experience. We craft Superhumans who assist buyers across journeys, enabling seamless handoffs and growth. This role focuses on prompts, context management, and agentic workflows within our dialogue platform.

You will grow with the company, lead initiatives in prompting for conversational LLM outputs, and document and train others while evolving with the landscape.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in AI agents, LLMs, or related fields.
• Strong prompt writing and editing skills.
• Experience with conversational LLM outputs.
• Ability to prototype quickly in code.

Responsabilidades

• Design the architecture for specialized subagents operating within live customer conversations.
• Build routing and delegation systems that decide how to respond, when to invoke subagents, or escalate to a human.
• Define contracts between the primary conversation agent and subagents: inputs, outputs, and failure handling.
• Master the Dialogue Platform and train others on prompting.
• Train Superhumans using prompting, RAG knowledge-base creation, and fine-tuning.
• Prototype development of small-scale AI workflows and tooling.
• Develop multi-media prompting strategies including images and video.
