Job summary

1mind is seeking a Prompt and Context Engineer to design prompting strategies and manage context for LLM-based workflows in a remote-first environment. The role focuses on building subagents, routing logic, and robust dialogue architectures that enable autonomous customer experiences.

You will train team members, prototype AI-driven solutions, and push for innovations in media prompting and multi-agent coordination across the platform.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI, LLMs, natural language processing, conversation design, or related fields.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to produce write-ups or slideshows documenting work.
• Mastery of LLM prompting with OpenAI and Anthropic models; hands-on API experience and prompt tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture for subagents within live customer conversations, including Q&A, pricing, discovery, and demo selection.
• Build routing and delegation systems to decide when to answer, invoke subagents, or escalate.
• Define contracts between primary agent and subagents: inputs, outputs, confidence, latency budgets, and failure handling.
• Become an expert in our Dialogue Platform and train others on prompting.
• Prototype AI-enabled workflows and test complex prompting and data flows.
