Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an AI Control Manager Senior Associate within the CO&D team to strengthen risk governance by applying advanced testing, data analytics, and automation. You will monitor AI solutions, ensure compliance with policies, and drive proactive control testing across KYC/onboarding processes.

You will work with large datasets, develop AI-driven automation, and report findings to stakeholders. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and strong collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology or related field.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML with risk & controls perspective.
• Strong ownership, proactive “go-getter” with ability to hit the ground running.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience working with large datasets and data testing.
• Hands-on use of AI/automation tools for control testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AI risk assessments on AI/ML solutions deployed within CO&D, ensuring risks are clearly documented and remediated.
• Ensure all AI/ML solutions within CO&D are compliant with AI Governance standards and policies.
• Execute control testing across KYC/onboarding processes (CDD/EDD documentation completeness, evidence standards, procedures).
• Document testing scope, sampling, results, evidence, and conclusions clearly for auditability.
• Identify control gaps, operational breaks and remediation opportunities; support root cause discussions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to report results, trends, and systemic issues.
• Lead efforts to streamline KYC onboarding control testing using AI-enabled tools.
• Translate testing needs into prompts and templates; iterate based on feedback.
• Embed AI into BAU controls monitoring with governance and audit-ready docs.
• Suggest automation opportunities and contribute to continuous learning.
