You will support the rollout of AI training and resources for employees and deliver insights on business impact. Collaborating with data science, technology, and business teams, you will design workshops, track initiative impact, and report progress to executive stakeholders, helping the firm scale responsible AI while aligning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of analytics and AI experience.
• Skilled in generative AI tools and applications within business environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in program/project management or business operations with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Track AI initiative impact and report progress with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain digital resources, training materials, and best practices related to AI tools.
• Analyze user metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance enablement activities.
• Contribute to high-quality presentations and reports on AI strategy for executive stakeholders.
• Support governance and oversight of the RM&C AI portfolio to align initiatives with business goals.
• Design workshops, training sessions, and forums to promote AI adoption and innovation.
• Partner with data science, technology, and business teams to identify, scope, and advance AI initiatives.
