Job summary

Crazy Maple Studio, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support content operations, AI-driven short-form drama projects, and related data analysis in a fast-paced entertainment tech environment.

You will help with platform operations, content tagging and categorization, translation support, and performance data collection, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain content entries in the backend system.
• Coordinate and schedule content releases across platforms.
• Assist with content tagging, categorization, and organization.
• Assist with feedback on AI production projects and translations.
• Support cross-functional communication related to AI-generated content production and project execution.
• Pull relevant performance data for AI production teams to support retrospectives and evaluations.
• Provide basic data summaries and preliminary analyses to identify trends.
