Job summary

Crazy Maple Studio, based in the Bay Area, is hiring a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support content operations, AI-driven short-form drama projects, and data analysis. You will help manage content in the backend, coordinate releases, assist with tagging, provide feedback on AI production, coordinate translations, and compile performance summaries for internal reviews.

Responsibilities

• Content & Platform Operations: Manage and maintain content entries in the backend system; Coordinate and schedule content releases across platforms; Assist with content tagging, categorization, and organization.
• AI Production Support & Communication: Provide feedback on AI production projects; Coordinate translation and communication for selected projects; Support cross-functional communication related to AI-generated content production and project execution.
• Data & Project Review Support: Collect relevant market data; Organize and summarize data; Pull relevant performance data for AI production teams; Provide basic data summaries and preliminary analysis using established templates.
• Content Strategy Support: Prepare analysis reports identifying content patterns, trends, and insights; Assist with AI-assisted tools and workflows to support content and data analysis.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Assistant to support content operations, AI-driven short-form drama projects, and related data analysis. The Project Assistant will assist with platform operations, content tagging and categorization, project feedback coordination, translation support, and performance data collection. The role will also contribute to developing structured content insights and improving internal AI-assisted workflows along with providing administrative, operational, and project coordination support under established processes and the direction of project stakeholders and managers.

Responsibilities:

Content & Platform Operations:

• Manage and maintain content entries in the backend system.
• Coordinate and schedule content releases across platforms.
• Assist with content tagging, categorization, and organization.

AI Production Support & Communication:

• Assist with providing feedback on AI production projects on behalf of project stakeholders.
• Coordinate translation and communication for selected projects.
• Support cross-functional communication related to AI-generated content production and project execution.

Data & Project Review Support:

• Collect relevant market data and reference materials as needed.
• Organize and summarize data for internal reference and analysis.
• Pull relevant performance data for AI production teams to support project retrospectives and evaluations.
• Provide basic data summaries and preliminary analysis to identify performance trends and key takeaways using established processes and templates

Content Strategy Support:

• Assist with preparing analysis reports that identify content patterns, trends, and insights relevant to content strategy to be reviewed by project stakeholders.
• Assist with the implementation and use of AI-assisted tools and established workflows to support content and data analysis.
