The role is remote, hourly, with 10–40 hours per week. You will provide structured feedback and work independently on your own schedule, contributing to high-quality content across diverse topics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Humanities, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong proofreading and editing instincts with a sharp eye for linguistic detail.
• Able to evaluate large volumes of content efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.
• Consistent, reliable, and self-motivated — comfortable working independently.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated English content for grammar, tone, clarity, and style.
• Identify subtle errors, inconsistencies, and awkward phrasing that undermine quality.
• Improve readability and flow without altering the original intent or meaning.
• Apply consistent editorial judgment across diverse content types and topics.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback using defined quality rubrics.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
