Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced English Writing Generalist – Advanced (AI Training) to evaluate and edit AI-generated content. This remote hourly contract role offers flexible hours (10–40 hours per week) and the chance to influence how AI systems write and communicate.

You will work independently across diverse tasks, providing high-judgment edits, clear feedback, and alignment with editorial standards. A Master’s in English or related field and US-based residency are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced English writing across multiple styles and registers.
• Master's degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or related discipline.
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to navigate nuance and ambiguity.
• Based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Make high-judgment decisions around wording, tone, structure, and style in complex or ambiguous content.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated writing for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Provide clear, structured feedback and well-reasoned rationale for edits and improvements.
• Maintain high editorial standards across large-scale, diverse writing tasks.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
