Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox) seeks an English Writing Generalist to evaluate and refine AI-generated content. You will ensure grammar, tone, structure, and style align with guidelines to improve AI communication with millions of users.

This remote hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week. You’ll write, edit, and review content, provide actionable feedback, and work independently on a flexible schedule. No prior AI experience required.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English fluency with exceptional written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or related discipline.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong proofreading and editing instincts.
• Comfortable working across a wide range of topics and content formats.
• Self-motivated and reliable — you take ownership of your work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and refine English content for clarity, accuracy, and appropriate tone
• Review AI-generated text for grammar, spelling, structure, and consistency
• Identify subtle errors, ambiguities, or inconsistencies that automated tools miss
• Apply detailed style guidelines consistently across writing tasks
• Provide structured, actionable feedback that helps AI systems produce better writing
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
