Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
- Eight+ years of relevant sales leadership experience.
- Expertise in Dark Fiber, high-capacity networking, and AI/ML transformation.
- Proven track record leading complex, fast-paced sales teams.
- Experience shaping GTM strategies and enterprise partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-performance sales teams for Dark Fiber and AI-driven connectivity.
- Build and manage client relationships around AI transformation and fiber foundations.
- Execute GTM strategy for AI Connect portfolio, prioritizing Dark Fiber.
- Cultivate partnerships with hyperscalers and AI vendors.
- Drive revenue growth and scale AI-forward product solutions.
- Collaborate with core account teams to position AI Connect offerings.
- Mentor and motivate a high-performing sales team.
