Spotlight AR, LLC is seeking an AI Configuration Intern for the Spotlight Research & Intelligence team in Kansas City, MO. You will help ensure data flows from the Profound platform to analysts and maintain client configurations with precision.

You’ll be trained on the platform, processes, and context. The role emphasizes consistency, clear communication, and curiosity about how AI and LLMs impact B2B strategy, with potential for continued part‑time or full‑time work after the summer program.

Qualifications

• Precision and discipline in following checklists and QA steps.
• Comfort with software interfaces and structured data handling.
• Clear communication when flagging issues or anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Execute agent configurations inside and outside the Profound platform.
• Maintain client configuration documentation and update setup records.
• Support routine prompt universe updates and category tagging as directed.
• Coordinate data handoffs between Managed Services and analyst workflow.
• Assist with ad hoc data formatting, export cleanup, and report assembly.
• Attend company events and contribute to Spotlight culture.
