Job summary

ATB Technologies is hiring a full-time Summer internship in St. Louis for 12 weeks (May–August 2027). You will gain hands-on experience with applied AI, focusing on data quality, AI-driven documentation, and QA in a real-world business setting.

This paid internship requires 40 hours/week on-site at our Chesterfield office. Ideal for students or recent grads who are curious, self-motivated, and eager to experiment with AI tools and improve internal systems.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate.
• Genuine interest in AI and curiosity about how AI tools work.
• Self-driven learner who enjoys experimentation, testing, and problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when validating data and documenting findings.
• Ability to analyze results, identify patterns, and communicate observations clearly.
• Experience using AI tools in an academic, personal, or experimental capacity.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and iterating through trial-and-error testing.
• Technical aptitude and interest in understanding AI behavior behind the scenes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Willingness to make code or configuration changes when needed, or to learn how to do so.

Responsibilities

• Stress test and experiment with AI agents in real-world scenarios.
• Investigate how agents reason, make decisions, and use tools.
• Document findings from testing and recommendations.
• Use AI-assisted techniques to improve data quality across systems.
• Clean, normalize, and validate data at scale.
• Explore AI-driven approaches to data health improvement.
• Assess internal documentation and help modernize knowledge structure.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on new AI agent concepts in Copilot Studio.
• Evaluate agents to understand practical use cases and end-user value.
• Think from an end-user perspective to solve real problems.
• Contribute ideas on AI impact across the organization.
