Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Compute Solution Architect to support strategic AI infrastructure customers. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding design, deployment, and scaling of AI solutions while managing large-scale GPU workloads across thousands of GPUs.

Responsibilities include leading GPUaaS deliveries, coordinating with product and support teams, and driving customer satisfaction through strong technical leadership and collaboration with sales.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in cloud solutions or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services and AI/ML workloads.
• Experience driving infra engagements from pre-sales to production.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for AI Infrastructure services.
• Lead the delivery of strategic GPUaaS contracts with timelines and SLAs.
• Bridge to product and support teams, collecting customer feedback and feature requests.
• Guide customers in optimizing GPU performance for ML workloads.
• Partner with sales to identify opportunities and deliver technical presentations.
