Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Compute Solution Architect to support strategic AI Infrastructure customers. You will act as trusted technical advisor, helping design, deploy, and scale AI solutions while managing large GPU workloads.

You will partner with sales and product teams to drive growth, gather customer feedback, and ensure alignment with requirements. The role demands 5–10+ years in related fields and hands-on cloud and AI/ML experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud or AI infrastructure roles with hands-on cloud service experience.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale GPU deployments.
• Experience bridging customers, sales, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for AI infrastructure services and ensure issue resolution.
• Lead delivery of GPUaaS contracts, meeting timelines and SLAs.
• Bridge product and support teams with customer feedback and feature requests.
• Guide customers to optimize GPU performance for ML training and inference at scale.
• Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities and present technical solutions.
