Qualifications

• Experience in social media management, community engagement, or corporate communications.
• Strong writing skills with a clear brand voice.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• Experience building community or engagement in a technical or B2B audience is a plus.
• Data-informed approach to content and channel strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own Volta's social media strategy, content calendar, and channel management
• Build and grow community engagement across relevant platforms and forums
• Draft and coordinate external communications, including announcements and thought leadership content
• Partner with leadership on executive social media presence and messaging
• Monitor brand sentiment and engagement, adjusting strategy based on performance
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to source technical content for external audiences
• Support crisis or sensitive communications as needed
