Job summary

Volta, a leading AI infrastructure company, is hiring a Senior Project Manager, CTO Support, to own strategic projects directly from the CTO's office. You will coordinate across engineering, product, and delivery teams, ensuring initiatives stay on plan and visible to executives.

You will prepare updates for CTO reviews, manage timelines, identify risks early, and support ad hoc strategic analysis as directed by the CTO. Strong communication and technical fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Project management experience coordinating with technical leadership.
• Ability to communicate at executive level and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans and execution for CTO-sponsored initiatives.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and delivery teams on CTO-level priorities.
• Prepare materials and briefings for CTO and executive reviews.
• Track action items and decisions from executive/technical leadership meetings.
• Manage timelines and dependencies for high-visibility projects.
• Identify risks early and elevate them to the CTO's office.
• Support ad hoc strategic analysis and initiative scoping as directed by the CTO.
