Job summary

Volta is seeking a Group Program Manager, Technical Programs in Palo Alto to own the portfolio of technical initiatives, lead a team of program managers, and deliver a single view of progress for senior leadership.

You will set program standards, resolve competing priorities, coach managers, and coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors, engineering, and operations to scale AI infrastructure rapidly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex data center physical infrastructure programs.
• Experience bridging construction handover and cluster deployment.
• Hands-on GPU deployment experience and full-stack AI factory deployment.
• Ability to read and operationalize highly technical customer/vendor specs.
• Strong understanding of AI/GPU infra including power, cooling, networking.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of GPU cluster activations and data center infra programs.
• Drive multi-threaded bring-up across hardware, networking, power, and cooling.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors throughout deployment lifecycle.
• Anticipate impacts on capacity, schedule and performance; remove blockers.
• Deliver executive program status briefs and risk summaries.
