Job summary

FS-ISAC is seeking a Director to lead AI Communities of Interest, driving collaboration among financial-sector professionals on AI opportunities, risks, and security implications. You will build trusted relationships, facilitate peer-to-peer sharing, and coordinate member-driven initiatives that translate expertise into practical resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, technology risk management, financial services, AI and/or emerging tech.
• Active user and practitioner of AI applications, risks, governance, or security in financial services.
• Experience leading discussions, collaboration initiatives, or strategic engagement in AI.
• Experience coordinating projects from planning to delivery with timelines and contributors.
• Ability to translate diverse perspectives into actionable outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain complex topics to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Strong facilitation skills to guide productive discussions.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills.
