Job summary

Stellantis is seeking an AI Coding Product Leader to define the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for coding agent capabilities across its software engineering ecosystem. You will lead platform direction, adoption, and governance while coordinating internal teams and strategic partners to deliver measurable productivity and quality gains.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, AI, or related field.
8+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, AI/ML, or developer tooling.
3+ years with AI-assisted development, coding agents, LLM-based systems, or developer productivity platforms.
Proven experience leading technical teams, platforms, or AI transformation initiatives.
Experience working in complex global organizations with multiple engineering teams, regions, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for coding agent capabilities.
Lead the evaluation, rollout, and continuous improvement of AI coding tools and agentic capabilities.
Translate priorities into epics, outcomes, adoption plans, and delivery roadmaps.
Build and structure the team and partner ecosystem to scale coding agent capabilities.
Governance: track KPIs and ensure security, privacy, and enterprise risk controls.
