Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a high-impact AI Coding Product Leader to define the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for coding agent capabilities across its software engineering ecosystem. You will steer platform direction, partner ecosystems, and governance to scale AI-assisted development and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of software engineering/platform engineering/DevOps/AI or developer tooling.
• Minimum 3 years with AI-assisted development, coding agents, LLM-based systems, or developer productivity platforms.
• Proven experience leading technical teams, platforms, or AI transformation initiatives.
• Experience in complex global organizations with multiple teams and regions.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for coding agent capabilities.
• Lead evaluation, rollout, and improvement of AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode).
• Translate priorities into epics, outcomes, adoption plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Build and oversee the team and partner ecosystem to scale coding agent capabilities.
• Establish governance, policies, and guardrails for security, privacy, and compliance.
• Drive adoption across engineering communities through onboarding and enablement.
