Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking an AI Product Pilots Tech Lead in Chantilly, VA to enable adoption and ongoing support of AI-powered coding tools.

You will bridge developers, product teams, and business users, guiding pilot-to-production transitions, onboarding, training, and hands-on agent development. You will collaborate across Workstreams to ensure enterprise readiness, produce technical writing, and drive knowledge management for AI tool adoption and agent workflows.

Qualifications

Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, OpenAI-based tools).
Understanding of software development practices, tools, and environments (Git, APIs, CI/CD).
Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-assisted development workflows.
Experience with AI agent development or orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI coding tools and pilot readiness; plan use cases and success criteria.
Enable AI Skills Hub growth and agent enablement for developers and business users.
Design onboarding experiences and deliver tool training; develop self-service learning content.
Provide direct developer support, troubleshoot integrations, and optimize usage patterns.
Contribute to design, development, and testing of AI agents supporting development workflows.
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation across platforms.
Establish and maintain a centralized knowledge repo for AI coding tools.
