Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking a Tech Alliance Partner Manager in San Francisco or San Jose. You will grow Lambda’s technology partner ecosystem, recruit ISVs, and design programs to turn partnerships into growth.

This senior role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, legal and sales, plus hands-on dealmaking and joint go-to-market with partners. Travel for partner activities is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology or ecosystem partnerships, alliances, or partner business development within B2B technology.
• Proven success building revenue-generating technology partner ecosystems for cloud/platforms.
• Experience designing partner programs or frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner strategy, segmentation, and prioritization for Lambda's technology partnerships.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable technology partners and ISVs aligned with product and GTM priorities.
• Design partner programs, playbooks, and onboarding to drive platform adoption and partner readiness.
• Define integrations and partner roadmap with product/engineering, prioritizing resources and sequencing.
• Shape the commercial model (co-sell, co-build, resale, referral) and align with legal and finance.
• Lead joint go-to-market and embed partners into sales motions to drive customer activity.
• Define success metrics for the partner program and own outcomes like customer footprint growth.
• Represent Lambda to partners across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and GTM Operations.
