Job summary

Appen is seeking a Client Partner to build and nurture high-value client relationships and ensure successful delivery of AI data projects. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning client objectives with project execution and coordinating internal teams for strong outcomes.

You will identify opportunities to grow accounts, expand project portfolios, and ensure engagements are delivered profitably across regions, working closely with Sales and Marketing to renew and expand engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships in AI/data tech environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret client needs and translate to project plans.
• Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for key client stakeholders during engagements.
• Define project approaches, deliverables, staffing, pricing, and success criteria with internal teams.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and changes throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and renew engagements in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
