CVS Health is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the discovery and delivery of a flagship AI platform for claims processing. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from requirements through launch, collaborating with claims processors, operations, data scientists and engineering.

You’ll define success metrics, manage the backlog, and communicate decisions to senior leadership, helping to improve operational efficiency and decision quality across healthcare claims.

Formación

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with ownership from discovery through delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to ship AI, ML, or analytics-powered products.
• 2+ years of user research translating complex workflows into product requirements.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional delivery in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years of Agile environment experience: backlog ownership, sprint planning, scope management.
• 2+ years of strong verbal and written communication, with ability to represent decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Product Manager for a focused delivery squad from discovery through launch.
• Own the squad backlog and sprint delivery: write requirements, set priorities, manage scope.
• Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic, validation criteria, and product rules.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics tied to efficiency, quality, and adoption.
• Represent product decisions clearly to senior leadership and partners.
