Job summary

CVS Health in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Product Manager to lead discovery and delivery for a flagship AI platform in claims processing. You will own an end-to-end delivery squad from discovery through launch, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, UX, and operations to deliver measurable impact.

You will conduct user research with claims processors, define requirements, manage backlog, and track metrics on efficiency, quality, and adoption.

Qualifications

3+ years of Product Management experience with ownership from discovery through delivery.
2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to ship AI, ML, or analytics-powered products.
2+ years of user research translating complex workflows into buildable requirements.
2+ years leading cross-functional delivery in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
2+ years in Agile environments: backlog ownership, sprint planning, scope management.
2+ years strong verbal and written communication, able to present decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product management for a focused delivery squad from discovery to launch.
Own the squad backlog: write requirements, set priorities, manage scope with outcome focus.
Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic, validation criteria, and product rules.
