CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery through launch for a flagship AI platform in claims processing. You will lead a focused delivery squad and partner with data science, engineering, and operations to shape AI-driven decisions that improve efficiency and accuracy.

You’ll translate workflows into clear requirements, manage the backlog, and track outcomes with senior leaders, delivering measurable value while navigating a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management with end-to-end ownership.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering on AI/ML products.
• 2+ years conducting user research and translating workflows into product requirements.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional delivery in complex environments.
• 2+ years in Agile environments: backlog ownership and sprint planning.
• 2+ years of strong verbal and written communication, able to present to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product management for a focused delivery squad from discovery through launch.
• Lead user research and discovery with claims processors and ops teams to identify workflows and AI opportunities.
• Own backlog and sprint delivery: write requirements, set priorities, manage scope.
• Partner with data scientists to define model logic and product rules.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics linked to efficiency, quality, and adoption.
• Present product decisions clearly to senior leadership.
