• 2+ years of user research translating complex workflows into buildable requirements.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional delivery in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years working in Agile environments: backlog ownership, sprint planning, scope management.
• 2+ years demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills to convey product decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Leading user research and discovery with claims processors and operations teams to understand workflows and opportunities for AI-driven decision support.
• Owning the squad backlog and sprint delivery: writing requirements and setting priorities with outcome-focused tradeoffs.
• Partnering with Data Scientists to define model logic, validation criteria, and product rules.
• Driving cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Defining and tracking success metrics tied to efficiency, quality, and adoption.
• Representing product decisions to senior leadership and operational partners.
