The role partners with business, Data & AI, ERP, IT, HR, and legal/compliance to design adoption plans and ensure governance and responsible AI practices. Responsibilities include creating adoption strategies, readiness metrics, and stakeholder engagement, translating complex change topics into actionable plans, and ensuring measurable value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience leading organizational change, transformation or enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute structured change management strategies for enterprise transformations including AI-enabled programs.
• Lead activities that drive AI adoption, governance, privacy, and risk considerations across stakeholders.
• Identify and manage stakeholder groups, facilitate engagement sessions, and build readiness dashboards.
