Avangrid is seeking a Lead, AI Change Management to drive enterprise transformation through structured change programs focused on AI-enabled initiatives. You will partner with business, Data & AI, IT, HR, and Legal to design adoption strategies, readiness plans, and stakeholder engagement that deliver measurable value while ensuring responsible AI practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field and eight years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading organizational change, transformation, or enterprise program delivery in complex environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional transformation with stakeholder alignment and adoption metrics.
• Experience with change management, business transformation and adoption programs.
• Ability to craft change strategies, impact assessments, and sustainment approaches.
• Knowledge of responsible AI adoption, privacy, security and governance as they relate to adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute enterprise change strategies for digital, data, and AI-enabled programs.
• Lead AI change management initiatives ensuring responsible adoption and governance alignment.
• Identify stakeholder groups across functions; facilitate sessions and readiness discussions.
• Assess current processes and translate findings into readiness plans and interventions.
• Create communications and training materials to support adoption campaigns.
• Support process redesign and operating model changes to embed outcomes.
• Define adoption KPIs and executive-ready reporting tied to business value.
• Collaborate with governance, privacy, security, and risk teams on adoption plans.
• Support pilot-to-production transitions and post-implementation sustainment.
