Job summary

Avanade Inc. is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management consultant to guide clients through AI-enabled transformations, ERP, CRM, and Microsoft 365 initiatives.

You will align stakeholders, develop tailored change strategies, and lead communications and training to ensure adoption and business impact. You will design and implement change measurement frameworks, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and travel up to 50% within North America.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client-facing change management roles with Microsoft Transformations including AI/Copilot, SharePoint, and Teams migrations.
• Lead and deliver organizational change management strategies for AI-enabled workplace transformation programs with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Assess organizational readiness and identify gaps in capabilities, culture, and processes.
• Design and facilitate training programs to upskill client workforces and support technology adoption.
• Define and implement change measurement frameworks to track adoption, engagement, and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through awareness to adoption for AI, ERP, CRM and Microsoft 365 transformations.
• Align stakeholders around shared visions and tailor change strategies.
• Lead communications and engagement efforts, assess change impacts, and design training programs.
• Upskill workforces and drive sustained adoption with measurable outcomes.
• Measure progress with data, surface insights, and adjust strategies for lasting impact.
