Job summary

Anthropic is hiring a Partnerships Manager for its Beneficial Deployments team to scale career pathways in AI. You will lead Claude Corps, a $150M flagship program, and expand workforce partnerships with CodePath and national partners to reach thousands of learners across the U.S.

This is a program-and-partnership leadership role with real stakes, requiring entrepreneurial orchestration, stakeholder management, and strong executive communication to drive measurable impact by 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience structuring large, multi-year, multi-stakeholder partnerships (corporate, nonprofit, or public sector).
• Experience in a fast-growing company on people, talent, or HR teams or as a sponsor of talent programs.
• Hands-on fluency with Claude or related AI training/workforce programs is a plus.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity, build structure, and prioritize impact over process.
• Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Claude Corps end-to-end — launches, host organization pipeline, coordination with CodePath, program measurement, and the open-source playbook.
• Develop and close tier-1 partnerships with talent developers, workforce organizations, and philanthropic/public sector partners — from scoping to deployment and scale.
• Deploy AI Fluency workforce development offerings for states and cities, driving adoption with national and regional partners.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external funders/agencies for program success.
• Capture learnings through research and share open, replicable models for the broader workforce field.
