Anthropic, based in San Francisco, seeks a partnerships manager to expand Claude Corps and a national fellowship fostering early-career pathways in the AI era. You’ll build scalable programs with CodePath and grow talent-developer partnerships across the U.S., influencing AI fluency and workforce development at scale.

You will collaborate across Anthropic teams and external funders, with a focus on measurable impact for millions of people, and leadership in evolving workforce infrastructure

Qualifications

• Experience structuring and leading multi‑year, multi‑stakeholder partnerships.
• Experience in large or fast‑growing organizations focusing on people, talent, or HR programs.
• Hands‑on fluency with AI learning programs, training, or talent development work.

Responsibilities

• Lead Claude Corps end‑to‑end — cohort launches, host organization pipeline, coordination with CodePath, program measurement, and the open‑source playbook.
• Develop and close tier‑1 partnerships with talent developers, workforce organizations, philanthropic and public sector partners — from scoping and structuring through deployment, measurement, and scale.
• Deploy AI Fluency workforce development offerings for states and cities, and drive adoption of AI Fluency and Claude fluency training with national and regional partners.
• Orchestrate across functions — working with Anthropic Academy, Economic Research, Applied AI, Policy, Communications, and GTM teams, and with funders and agencies outside it.
• Understand what works through research and share through open, replicable models the broader workforce field can use.
