Job summary

LatchBio seeks an AI Biologist to lead scientific grounding for biotech benchmarks in therapeutic antibody development. You will define tasks, curate datasets, and write gold-standard answers from raw data, collaborating with software engineers to ensure rigorous, transparent evaluation of AI agents.

The role demands a PhD with hands-on antibody data analysis, plus cross-disciplinary fluency across analytical/CMC, DMPK, developability, or safety. Remote-friendly with on-site SF options.

Qualifications

• PhD required and hands-on antibody data analysis experience.
• Deep expertise in at least one area (analytical/CMC, DMPK, developability, or safety) with fluency across others.
• Python or R for data analysis and modeling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Turn real development workflows into file-based tasks with structured outputs and deterministic grading.
• Write gold-standard answers from raw data with realistic variability.
• Curate data fixtures including developability panels, glycan LC-MS, and PK data.
• Partner with software engineers to design new workflows.
