Job summary

MetLife is seeking a Sr. Analyst for AI Billing & Data Intelligence to establish the data, billing, and consumption foundation for AI investments. You will ensure data accuracy, deliver actionable insights, and enable cost transparency for enterprise AI initiatives.

You will work with Finance, Platform Owners, and AI product teams to drive governance, forecasting, and value realization, helping MetLife scale AI responsibly across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, TBM, FinOps, cost management, data analytics, or related discipline.
• Experience translating consumption, billing, and financial data into insights.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and developer tools for governance and cost management.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and SQL for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI billing, metering, and consumption data models across AI platforms.
• Manage AI usage, token consumption, and billing data across vendors ensuring accuracy.
• Deliver dashboards and analytics on AI costs, utilization trends, and budget performance.
• Identify anomalies and optimization opportunities with stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Support AI allocation, forecasting, governance, and value realization through data insights.
