Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a sharp, proactive partner to run day-to-day admin and client-facing work while building AI agents and workflows that automate the business.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, manage research, prospect lists, email campaigns, and social media, with advanced travel-hacking expertise to optimize rewards.

This is a remote, 40-hour week role with MST hours; compensation starts at $7 per hour and no benefits are included.

Qualifications

About the ClientOur client is a personal advisor who helps individuals get more from their money and their travel through points, miles, and rewards strategies. He works directly with customers, runs outbound outreach, and is building a lean, AI-driven operation to scale his business. He is looking for a sharp, proactive partner who can take work off his plate and help him build smarter systems.Why does this role exist?This role exists to give our client a high-caliber right hand who can run his day-to-day admin and customer-facing work while building AI agents and workflows that automate and improve how his business operates. He needs someone with excellent communication skills, strong initiative, and advanced AI and travel-hacking expertise, since those are the biggest gaps he is trying to close. The goal is to free up his time, grow his pipeline, and bring in someone he can trust to own outcomes without step-by-step direction.The Impact you’ll make

AI Agents and Workflow Automation

• Take a business problem and design a step-by-step AI solution, including tool selection, workflow logic, and automation
• Build and maintain AI agents and workflows (beyond standard LLM prompting) using current tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, and Grok
• Proactively identify manual processes that can be automated or improved
• Stay current on emerging AI tools and recommend ones that add value

Customer and Sales Calls

• Handle inbound and outbound customer and sales calls in an engaging, confident, and persuasive way
• Follow up with customers and prospects after calls
• Explain technical work and solutions clearly, with concrete examples

Travel Hacking and Arrangements

• Research and plan award travel using points, miles, rewards programs, and transfer partners
• Maximize points value on flights, hotels, and redemptions
• Handle travel arrangements for the client and his customers

Research, Prospecting, and Outreach

• Conduct business and company research
• Build and maintain prospect and lead lists
• Set up and run email campaigns in Mixmax
• Manage and grow social media presence on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram

Executive and Admin Support

• Manage email and calendar through Google Workspace
• Handle general admin tasks and keep records organized
• Keep CRM data tidy (HubSpot experience is a plus)

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• Proven experience building AI agents and workflows (not just using LLMs), with examples you personally built
• Advanced travel-hacking experience: points/miles, transfer partners, and award travel beyond basic flight and hotel booking
• Experience handling customer or sales calls, inbound and outbound
• Executive/admin support experience, including research, prospecting, and lead list building
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Mixmax (or similar email campaign tools), and social media management (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram)

• Back-up computer and internet connection
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
