Job summary

HP in North America is seeking a Transformation Lead for AI & Automation in the Print segment. You will drive the transformation agenda, synthesize data, test hypotheses, and deliver automated, standardized processes to accelerate planning and executive decision-making across categories and regions.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, advising executives on risk, opportunities, and growth, while building capability to sustain improvements without central dependency.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline or commensurate experience.
• Typically 7–10 years of work experience in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the transformation backlog and prioritize initiatives across multiple functions.
• Lead Take Work Out initiatives to reduce effort and cycle time.
• Redesign recurring workflows for forecasting, reporting, and operating-review cycles.
• Modernize executive reporting and decision support with dashboards and standardized narratives.
• Drive AI and Copilot adoption where it improves decision quality, speed, or consistency.
