HP is seeking an Applied AI Strategy Business Planning Lead to act as an operating partner to the VP, Head of Applied AI. You will translate complex AI initiatives into clear business narratives and maintain budget and headcount trackers to drive discipline and speed across a 120+ person organization.

The role requires strong executive communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes for the AI program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy, or Chief of Staff/related roles.
• Excellent executive communication for C-suite delivery.
• Strong business acumen with budgets, headcount, and metrics.
• Able to manage competing priorities and fast-moving deadlines.
• Collaborative and influential across functions without direct authority.
• Technical fluency to translate AI/platform concepts into business plans.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality materials for executives including strategy updates and operating reviews.
• Design and manage the Applied AI operating cadence and OKR processes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with Chiefs of Staff and strategy teams.
