Job summary

ADT is seeking a senior leader to own and optimize the end-to-end production support for enterprise IA, RPA, and AI programs. You will manage L1/L2 vendors, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring smooth transitions of new automations into production.

The role requires strong technical acumen to understand automation designs, spot potential flaws, and communicate effectively with vendor partners. You will handle complex escalations and ensure SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational leadership or production support for IA/RPA deployments.
• Strong collaboration across business units and external vendors.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and SLA adherence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day RPA, IA, and AI production support lifecycle, including break/fix, remediation, and enhancements.
• Serve as the primary UiPath Orchestrator administrator and manage deployments, provisioning, monitoring, and access control.
• Lead two external production support vendors (L1 and L2) and drive SLA performance and collaboration.
• Direct and mentor internal support staff, fostering high performance and accountability.
• Act as the escalation focal point for high-priority production issues and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Review automations for production readiness and advise on best practices for stability post-deployment.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships to translate technical realities into business impact.
• Identify and implement strategic improvements in production operations.
