Job summary

ADT is seeking an AI & Automation Production Support Lead in Irving, TX to own the end-to-end production support for enterprise IA, RPA, and AI programs. You will manage L1/L2 vendors, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement to ensure production stability and seamless project transitions.

The role requires leadership, strong technical acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with vendor partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production support and vendor partnerships in enterprise automation environments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of RPA/IA/AI deployments post-production.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day production support lifecycle for RPA, IA, and AI.
• Administer UiPath Orchestrator and related platform tasks.
• Lead two external L1/L2 vendors and manage SLAs.
• Coach and mentor internal support staff.
• Escalation management and continuous improvement.
