Job summary

Penn Interactive is seeking an Automation Lead to drive efficient automation and AI-aligned solutions across the organization. You will partner with RPA specialists, AI strategists, and business leaders to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and deliver impact.

You will work with engineering, data, security, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and ongoing optimization across departments. This role prioritizes measurable business value and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years designing, building, and managing automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath or Power Automate.
• Proven track record delivering measurable efficiency improvements through automation.
• Experience collaborating with internal engineering or development teams.
• Familiarity with evaluating AI-supported solutions for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess opportunities for automation across business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
• Design, build, and implement automation solutions with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure automation and AI-enabled solutions are scalable and aligned with standards.
• Lead discovery sessions and manage a self-service intake process for ideas.
• Oversee delivery and vendor relationships for automation providers.
