The role requires leadership across technology and data teams, strong stakeholder management, and experience with AI solution lifecycles in production environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting production AI, ML, analytics, or data-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI solution lifecycles, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating third‑party delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Own production AI solutions from deployment through ongoing support and optimization.
• Coordinate incident response, triage, and root-cause analysis for AI services.
• Manage backlogs and drive enhancements in collaboration with engineering and data teams.
• Ensure governance, risk, and compliance for AI in production.
