Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a senior software engineer to design and deliver AI/ML automation across its global media network. You will build scalable services in Python, lead architecture discussions, and operationalize models with modern MLOps practices.

You will collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Product Managers, guiding best practices, mentoring juniors, and shaping the technical roadmap in a hybrid, cloud-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3–5+ years designing and deploying AI/ML in production.
• Proven AdTech/MarTech industry experience and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML automation software.
• Lead architecture discussions and ensure code quality and security best practices.
• Operationalize ML models via APIs, batches, or streaming pipelines.
• Develop cloud-native apps on AWS/Azure/GCP with CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with analysts, product managers.
