Job summary

Moody's Investors Service invites applications for a 10-week summer internship in Digital Workplace Operations focused on AI, automation, and enterprise tooling. You will design and test automation, build dashboards, and collaborate with mentors across teams.

The program runs June 7–August 13, 2027, and offers an hourly rate of $35. This internship requires currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/AI and is open to undergraduate and select graduate students.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
• Ability to work during the full internship program from June 7 - August 13, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support AI, automation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across Digital Workplace Operations.
• Design, develop, test, and support automation solutions, agents, and scripts for operational tasks.
• Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
• Support Microsoft Copilot and other artificial intelligence adoption initiatives across the organization.
• Build dashboards and reports that help teams monitor operational performance, project progress, and key trends.
• Document processes, technical solutions, and operating procedures to support team knowledge sharing.
• Research emerging artificial intelligence and automation technologies and share relevant findings with the team.
• Contribute to operational improvement projects while learning enterprise engineering practices, tools, and ways of working from experienced mentors.
• Participate in team projects, meetings, testing activities, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
